The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jason DeFusco with one count of first degree robbery. It is alleged that on or about August 22, 2016, DeFusco robbed an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree. The alleged incident took place in Warren. The Warren Police conducted the investigation. DeFusco is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on March 1, 2017.

Nina Peer (age 48) 2 Langsberries Street North Providence, RI P1-2017-0376B
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Judy Nickerson and Nina Peer each with one count of first degree robbery and one count of conspiracy. It is alleged that on or about December 22, 2016, Nickerson and Peer conspired together with an unknown male co-conspirator to rob an individual and did commit first degree robbery.
The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Nickerson and Peer are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on March 1, 2017.
