The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Joshua Rodriguez what one count of murder.
It is alleged that on or about August 12, 2016, Rodriguez murdered Dan Stender in Providence.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Rodriguez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 4, 2017.
