Johnny Sak (age 24) 35 Union Ave., 3rd Providence, RI P1-2016-2064A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Johnny Sak with one count of driving under the influence death resulting, one count of driving to endanger death resulting, two counts of driving under the influence resulting in serious bodily injury, two counts of driving to endanger resulting in serious bodily injury, one count of driving to endanger resulting bodily injury, one count of possession of cocaine, and one count of operating a motorized vehicle without a license.
It is alleged that on or about December 8, 2015, Sak operated a motor vehicle while under the influence resulting in the death of Alexandra Patten Parenteau and the injury of three other passengers. The alleged incident took place in Woonsocket.
The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Sak is scheduled to be arraigned on July 11, 2016.
Peter Hannon (age 60) 27 Brinkley St. Providence, RI P1-2016-2065A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Peter Hannon with one count of first degree arson.
It is alleged that on or about April 10, 2015, Hannon knowingly set fire to an occupied Providence building located at 27 Brinkley Street.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Hannon is scheduled to be arraigned on July 27, 2016.
Fredwin Burgos (28) 34 Transit St., Apt. 1 Woonsocket, RI P1-2016-2066A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Fredwin Burgos with three counts of first degree sexual assault.
It is alleged that on or about April 19, 2016, Burgos sexually assaulted a female. The alleged assault took place in Woonsocket.
The Woonsocket Police Conducted the investigation. Burgos is scheduled to be arraigned on July 27, 2016.
Carlos Riveria (50) 24 Fletcher St., Rear Central Falls, RI P1-2016-2067A
The Providence Country Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Carlos Riveria with one count of first degree child molestation and three counts of second degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on diverse dates between July 18, 2013 and July 17, 2015, Riveria sexually assaulted a female 14 years of age or under. The alleged molestation took place in Central Falls.
The Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Riveria is scheduled arraigned on July 27, 2016.
