Lambert Berry (age 54) No permanent address P1-2016-2015ADV
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Lambert Berry with domestic burglary, first degree robbery, domestic simple assault, and assault with the intent to commit sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about May 17, 2016, Berry burglarized the residence of a woman with whom he was in a domestic relationship. In addition, it is alleged that he assaulted the woman with the intent to commit sexual assault.
The alleged incident took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Berry is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 6, 2016.
