On May 9, 2016, the Providence County Grand Jury completed its investigation into the circumstances surrounding the March 24, 2016 shooting of Dominique Silva by Officer Julianne Borsari of the Pawtucket Police Department. The Grand Jury determined the actions by the Officer were lawful and legally justified.
