The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Shaquille Jones with two counts of first degree robbery, one count of use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
It is alleged that on or about December 6, 2015, Jones robbed two individuals at gunpoint. It is additionally alleged that Jones used the victims' stolen credit cards to purchase goods exceeding the amount of $100.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Jones is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on February 4, 2016.
Harold Paquin (age 71)

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Harold Paquin with one count of first degree sexual assault and two counts of second degree sexual assault.
It is alleged that on or about days and dates between June 24, 2014 and July 23, 2015, Paquin sexually assaulted an individual who was known to him, with the assaults being in the first and second degree.
The alleged assaults took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Paquin is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 17, 2016.
