The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Tredarrius Harrison and Josuet Figueroa each with one count of first degree robbery, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about October 12, 2015, Harrison and Figueroa robbed an individual at gunpoint. The alleged incident took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Both defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on January 15, 2016.

It is alleged that on or about dates between February 1, 2015 and October 7, 2015 Perry molested a female 14 years of age or under on multiple occasions. The alleged molestation took place in North Providence and the North Providence Police conducted the investigation. Perry is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 27, 2016.

It is alleged that on or about July 11, 2015, James Leonard assaulted a woman with whom he was in a domestic relationship with a firearm with the intent to murder her. The alleged incident took place in Johnston. The Johnston Police conducted the investigation. Leonard is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on January 15, 2016.
