The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Brent Rouillard with first degree sexual assault, kidnapping, assault with intent to rape, and assault with a dangerous weapon.
It is alleged that on or about April 25, 2015, Rouillard, sexually assaulted a woman at knifepoint.
The alleged events took place in North Smithfield and the North Smithfield Police conducted the investigation. Rouillard is being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 23, 2015.
David Fewster (age 48)

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging David Fewster with one count of first degree child molestation and three counts of second degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about multiple dates between August 1, 2009 and July 1, 2014, Fewster sexually molested a child 14 years of age or under.
The alleged incidents took place in East Providence. The East Providence Police conducted the investigation. Fewster is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 23, 2015.
