The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Philip Callistro, Seon Toussaint, and Stephan Wilson each with one count of first degree robbery, two counts of conspiracy, four counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of simple assault, and two counts using a firearm while committing a crime of violence.
It is alleged that on or about May 10, 2015, Callistro, Toussaint, and Wilson conspired to commit robbery and did rob an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree. It is further alleged that Callistro, Toussaint, and Wilson assaulted four other individuals with a firearm.
The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. All three defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on November 16, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Danielle Garofalo with one count each of first degree robbery, conspiracy, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault with intent to rob.
It is alleged that on or about August 9, 2015, Garofalo conspired with a male suspect to commit robbery and the two did rob an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree. It is further alleged that Garofalo, together with the other suspect, assaulted a second individual with a tire iron, and assaulted a third person with the intent to rob.
The alleged incidents took place in Smithfield. The Smithfield Police conducted the investigation. Garofalo is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 2, 2015.
