PROVIDENCE - Department of Environmental Management Director Janet Coit will present an update on the July 11 incident at Salty Brine State Beach today at DEM Headquarters. The briefing will take place at 2 p.m. in Room 300 in the Foundry Building located at 235 Promenade Street in Providence.
