The Office of Revenue Analysis released the FY 2015 Monthly and YTD Cash Collections Report for May 2015. This report compares cash collections on a monthly and fiscal year-to-date basis in FY 2015 to cash collections on the same bases in FY 2014. This report is a complement to the monthly Revenue Assessment Report.
Fiscal year-to-date through May 2015 total general revenue cash collections were $3.098 billion, up $190.5 million or 6.6% for the same fiscal year-to-date period in 2014. For the month of May 2015, total general revenue cash collections were $238.3 million, up $18.0 million or 8.2% from May 2014. The breakdown by major revenue components is shown on the summary page of the report along with a detailed analysis.
