This Department found that the Town of Warren did not violated the APRA when it failed to respond to an APRA request within ten (10) business days. The Town had a properly promulgated and posted APRA procedure requiring all requests to be made to the Town Clerk. Since this APRA request was made to the Town Manager, and not the Town Clerk, the failure to timely respond did not violate the APRA.
