Secretary of State Nellie M. Gorbea has released the 2015-2016 Rhode Island Government Owner's Manual, a comprehensive publication that features information on local and state officials, and the state's Congressional delegation. The publication also includes our State Constitution and Charter, and a handy citizen participation guide designed to help Rhode Islanders effectively engage their government.
The publication is available free of charge at the Department of State's Public Information Division, State House Room 38; the State Archives at 337 Westminster Street, Providence; and the Department of State's Corporations Division at 148 West River Street, Providence.
