The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Sandry Russell with one count of burglary, assault with a dangerous weapon, use of a firearm while in the commission of a crime of violence, possession of a firearm having been previously convicted of a crime of violence and possession of a firearm without a license.
It is alleged that on or about April 13, 2014, Russell burglarized a home and assaulted the occupant with a firearm.
The alleged events took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Russell is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on April 22, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Matthew Marcotte and Rolando Brooks each with one count of murder and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about February 10, 2015, Marcotte and Brooks conspired and murdered William McKenna.
The alleged incident took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Marcotte and Brooks are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 8, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Fredrick Dahn with three counts of first degree sexual assault and one count of first degree robbery.
It is alleged that on or about January 9, 2015, Dahn sexually assaulted and robbed an individual, with the assault and robbery being in the first degree.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Dahn is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 22, 2015.
