The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Gilson Toussaint Mota with first degree robbery and conspiracy. It is alleged that on or about December 16, 2014, Mota conspired with two unnamed co-conspirators to commit robbery and robbed an individual.
The alleged events took place in Pawtucket. The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Mota is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 1, 2015.
