The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Evan Watson, Miguel Perez, and Vypatda Sophan with multiple firearms, burglary and assault charges related to a July 11, 2013 home invasion in Providence in which a man and woman were injured.
It is alleged that on or about July 11, 2014, Watson, Perez, and Sophan conspired to commit a robbery at gunpoint on Forsyth Street, Providence. It is further alleged that during the robbery the occupants of the house were shot as they tried to escape.
It is further alleged that on or about July 17, 2014, Watson and Perez were illegally in possession of three firearms, two of which were used in the earlier robbery.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. All three defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on December 10, 2014.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Charles Gibbons, Donnie Hall and Juan Young with robbery, assault, conspiracy and firearm charges stemming from an October 7, 2014 armed robbery of Shop & Go Mart on Union Avenue in Providence. After robbing the store, it is alleged the three defendants fled in a motor vehicle, followed by the store clerk they robbed. It is further alleged that after travelling from Providence to Cranston, the defendants stopped their motor vehicle and fired a weapon at the motor vehicle driven by the store clerk, striking it.
The alleged incident took place on October 7, 2014. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. All three are scheduled to be arraigned before Superior Court Justice Robert D. Krause on December 10, 2014.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Libni Perez with first and second degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about dates between February 2011 and August 2013, Perez molested a person 14 years of age or under.
The alleged molestation took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Perez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 17, 2014.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Hector Nunez with two counts of first degree child molestation and one count of disseminating indecent material to a minor.
It is alleged that on or about dates between October 1, 2013 and November 30, 2013, Nunez molested a person 14 years of age or under. The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Nunez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 17, 2014.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Montrell Hopper with two counts of first degree robbery, one count of assault with intent to commit robbery and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon.
It is alleged that on or about March 25, 2014 and again on or about September 13, 2013, Hopper committed assault and robbery on multiple individuals. The alleged incidents took place in Cranston and the Cranston Police conducted the investigation. Hopper is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 17, 2014.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Alan Klemanchuck with one count of manslaughter. It is alleged that on or about April 18, 2014, Klemanchuck caused the death of Robert Gordon. The alleged incident took place in Woonsocket and the Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Klemanchuck is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 17, 2014.

It is alleged that on or about May 7, 2014, Parrott sexually assaulted a woman. The alleged assault took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Parrott is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 17, 2014.

It is alleged that on or about May 14, 2014, Perez and Benevides conspired to commit robbery and did commit first degree robbery as well as assault with a dangerous weapon.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Juan Giron with two counts of first degree domestic sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about April 4, 2014, Giron sexually assaulted a woman in with whom he was in a domestic relationship. The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Giron is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 9, 2014.
