The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Steven Roy, Ashly Fontaine and Brandon Wolfenden each with one count of first degree robbery and conspiracy. In addition, Roy was charged with one count of violating a no contact order.
It is alleged that on or about September 29, 2014, conspired to commit robbery and did rob an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree.
The alleged incident took place in West Warwick and the West Warwick Police led the investigation. All three are scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on November 14, 2014.
John DePina, age 34 422 Mineral Spring Avenue Pawtucket, RI P1-2014-3246A
The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging John DePina with one count of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about dates between February 1, 2014 and March 31, 2014, DePina molested a girl 14 years of age or under.
The alleged incident took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police Department led the investigation. DePina is being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 5, 2014.
