The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Papadjiby Ba with one count of first degree robbery and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon.
It is alleged that on or about July 20, 2014, Ba robbed an individual and assaulted her with a firearm.
The alleged incidents took place in Johnston, and the Johnston Police conducted the investigation. Ba is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 12, 2014.
Jose Guevara, age 34

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Jose Guevara with one count of conspiracy, four counts of first degree sexual assault, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of simple assault and two counts of larceny under $1500.
It is alleged that on or about April 29, 2014, Guevara and an unnamed co-conspirator physically and sexually assaulted two individuals, and also stole clothing and a phone from the victims.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Guevara is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 12, 2014.
Calvin Kilgore, age 31

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Calvin Kilgore with two counts of first degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about days and dates between August 1, 2013 and August 31, 2013, Kilgore sexually molested a child fourteen years of age or younger, with the molestation being in the first degree.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Kilgore is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on October 27, 2014.
