The Kent County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging David Hazard with one count each of first degree and second degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about dates between November 22, 2013 and November 23, 2013, Hazard sexually assaulted an individual, with the assault being in the first and second degree. The alleged incident took place in Warwick.
The Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Hazard is being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on May 9, 2014.
Thomas Falvey, 2/8/91 141 Prospect Hill Ave. West Warwick, RI K1-2014-0233A
The Kent County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Thomas Falvey with one count of first degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about December 2, 3013, Falvey sexually assaulted a physically helpless person. The alleged incident took place in West Warwick.
The West Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Falvey is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on May 9, 2014.
