The Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) announced that it will reopen Exit 22 (Downtown Providence/Routes 6 & 10) on I-95 South by 7 p.m. tonight, Sunday, March 9.
The exit was closed early Saturday morning as part of the Providence Viaduct Bridge Replacement Project. This weekend, RIDOT poured two sections of concrete bridge deck and closed the ramp to traffic in order to allow the concrete to properly cure.
