The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Alec Perry and Joshua Carey each with first degree robbery, carrying a weapon while committing a crime of violence and conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about November 10, 2013, Perry and Carey conspired to and did commit robbery in the first degree. It is further alleged the two were armed with a firearm.
The alleged events took place in Johnston and the Johnston Police conducted the investigation. Perry and Carey are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Superior Court Justice Robert D. Krause on February 14, 2014
Tavon Simmons, DOB: 1/30/95 68 Branch Street Pawtucket, RI P1-2014-0328A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Tavon Simmons with first degree sexual assault.
It is alleged that on or about August 23, 2013, Simmons sexually assaulted an individual whom he knew to be physically helpless at the time of the assault.
The alleged incident took place in North Providence and the North Providence Police conducted the investigation. Simmons is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 26, 2014.

Christopher Senice, DOB: 8/17/90 158 Porter Street Providence, RI P1-2014-0329C
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Meko Washington, Kevin Briceno and Christopher Senice with first degree robbery, conspiracy and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon.
It is alleged that on or about dates between January 3 and January 4, 2013, Washington, Briceno and Senice conspired to and did rob an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree. It is further alleged that the three assaulted two other individuals with a dangers weapon, to wit, a BB gun.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Washington, Briceno and Senice are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 26, 2014.
