The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jose Burgos with three counts of first degree domestic sexual assault and two counts of domestic simple assault.
It is alleged that on or about dates between August 17, 2012 and August 18, 2012, Burgos sexually and physically assaulted an individual with whom he was previously in a domestic relationship.
The alleged events took place in West Warwick and Warwick and the West Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Burgos is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on February 21, 2014.
