The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Mark Yu with two counts of murder and two counts of failure to report a death.
It is alleged that on or about dates between July 10 and July 14, 2013, Yu murdered his parents, Young Yu and Yeon Yu, and failed to report the deaths to authorities.
The alleged incidents took place in North Providence and the North Providence Police conducted the investigation. Yu is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 5, 2014.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Abigail Leonida Gervante, aka Leonel Ordonez Hernandez, with one count of first degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about September 1, 2013, Gervante molested a child under the age of 14, with the molestation being in the first degree. The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Gervante is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 5, 2014.
Roger Rezendes, DOB: 11/12/90 No known permanent address P1-2014-0122A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Roger Rezendes with two counts of first degree sexual assault, one count of assault with intent to commit sexual assault, one count of first degree robbery and one count of burglary.
It is alleged that on or about October 12, 2103, Rezendes sexually assaulted a woman with the sexual assault being in the first degree. It is further alleged that Rezendes robbed the victim.
The alleged events took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Rezendes is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 5, 2014.
Fabio Saches-DeAlmeida, DOB: 8/9/92 39 Cleveland Street North Providence, RI P1-2014-0123A
Alexander Correia, DOB: 1/3/91 29 Gillen Avenue North Providence, RI P1-2014-0123B
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Fabio Saches-DeAlmeida and Alexander Correia each with first degree robbery, conspiracy and vandalism.
It is alleged that on or about September 16, 2013 Saches-DeAlmeida and Correia conspired to and did commit robbery in the first degree. It is further alleged the two vandalized the motor vehicle of the victim.
The alleged events took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Saches-DeAlmeida and Correia are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 5, 2014.
