The Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency is alerting all Rhode Islanders that there is Wind Chill Advisory for Providence County until 9 am Saturday morning.
WINDS: Northwest 10 to 20 MPH with gusts up to 35 mph. Wind Chill readings could be as low as 18 below.
TRAVEL: Dangerously cold wind chills will result in a risk of frostbite. Dress in layers and wear hats and gloves.
