The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging John Hagopian with first degree sexual assault, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault with the intent to commit first degree sexual assault, second degree sexual assault and two counts of simple assault.
It is alleged that on or about June 13, 2013 Hagopian physically and sexually assaulted a woman at knifepoint. The alleged assault took place in Pawtucket.
The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Hagopian is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 4, 2013.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Pedro Lopez with two counts of murder and one count of possession of a stolen vehicle.
It is alleged that on or about June 28, 2013, Lopez murdered Malcolm Townes and Nathan Lewis. It is also alleged that on or about June 29, 2013, Lopez was in possession of a motor vehicle belonging to Lewis.
The alleged murders took place in Central Falls and the Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Lopez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 4, 2013.
