The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jefferson Nyonton with one count of first degree robbery and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about July 17, 2013, Nyonton conspired with an unidentified co-conspirator and robbed an individual.
The alleged events took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Nyonton is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 13, 2013.

It is alleged that on or about February 24, 2013, Cunningham robbed an individual.
The alleged event took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Cunningham is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 13, 2013.
