The Washington County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Andrew Perkins with one count of first degree child molestation and three counts of second degree child molestation. It is alleged that on multiple dates from 2008 to 2010, Perkins molested a boy who was fourteen years of age or under. The alleged molestation occurred in North Kingstown and Westerly, and the Westerly Police conducted the investigation.
Perkins was arraigned in Washington County Superior Court today, and released on $10,000 personal recognizance and ordered to have no contact with the victim. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for October 25, 2013 in Washington County Superior Court.

The Washington County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jamie Ratti with two counts of first degree child molestation and Roman Comer with one count of first degree child molestation, three counts of second degree child molestation and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon. It is alleged that on multiple dates between March 1, 2008 and May 31, 2008, Ratti and Roman both molested a girl under the age of fourteen. It is further alleged that Comer assaulted the victim with a knife. The alleged incidents occurred in Narragansett and the Narragansett Police conducted the investigation.
Ratti and Comer were arraigned in Washington County Superior Court today, where bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance and both ordered to have no contact with the victim. Both defendants are scheduled for a pre-trial conference in Washington County Superior Court on November 1, 2013.
