The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Joshua Dunn with one count of first degree sexual assault and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit a knife. It is alleged that on or about January 1, 2012, Dunn sexually assaulted a female. It is further alleged Dunn assaulted the female with a knife.
The alleged assaults took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Dunn is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 10, 2013.
Luis Concepcion, DOB: 12/5/84 110 Foundry Street Central Falls, RI P1-2013-1792A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Luis Concepcion with one count of first degree robbery. It is alleged that on or about July 28, 2012, Concepcion robbed an individual. The alleged robbery took place in Cumberland. The Cumberland Police conducted the investigation. Concepcion is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 10, 2013.
Amado Benitez, DOB: 6/9/84 120 Hedley Avenue Central Falls, RI P1-2013-1793A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Amado Benitez with two counts of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about dates between February 1, 2012 and March 31, 2012, Benitiz molested a person 14 years or younger. The alleged molestation took place in Central Falls. The Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Benitez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 10, 2013.
George Santos, DOB: 9/8/81 170 Arnold Street Woonsocket, RI P1-2013-1794A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging George Santos with two counts of first degree child molestation, eight counts of second degree child molestation, four counts of manufacture of child pornography, and four counts of possession of child pornography.
It is alleged that on or about dates between April 1, 2011 and July 30, 2011 and again on several occasions on or about dates between March 1, 2012 and January 1, 2013, Santos molested a person, or persons, under the age of 14 years, with the molestation being in the first and second degree. It is further alleged that Santos knowingly manufactured and was in possession of child pornography.
The alleged incidents took place in Woonsocket. The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Santos is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 10, 2013.
James Lapardo, DOB: 5/11/94 115 Salem Ave. Cranston, RI P1-2013-1795A
Raymond Bagley, DOB: 3/14/95 19 Eagle Road Cranston, RI P1-2013-1795B
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging James Lapardo and Raymond Bagley each with one count of first degree arson and conspiracy. It is alleged that on or about April 12, 2013, Lapardo and Bagley set fire to a building located at 81 Eagle Road, which was occupied on that date or in use the six months preceding that date.
The alleged arson took place in Cranston. The Cranston Police and the Office of the State Fire Marshall conducted the investigation. Lapardo and Bagley are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 10, 2013.
