The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Arthur Peters with one count of first degree robbery and resisting arrest.
It is alleged that on or about January 21, 2013, Peters robbed an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree. It is further alleged that Peters resisted arrest.
The alleged events took place in Cranston and the Cranston Police conducted the investigation. Peters is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 8, 2013.

It is alleged that on or about January 15, 2013, Akion robbed an individual, with the robbery bring in the first degree.
The alleged event took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Akion is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 8, 2013.
