At 11:28 AM, Troopers arrested Ralph A. DeSimone, age 47, of 61 Allen Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island, for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Restitution on an original charge of Larceny > $1500, originating from the Smithfield Police Department. DeSimone was transported to State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 11:34 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Totten, age 32, of 237 Norwood Avenue, Warwick, RI for Driving Under the Influence / 1stOffense- BAC Unknown. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight, pending a morning arraignment.
At 1:17 AM, Troopers arrested Savouern Srey, age 37, of 1746 Cranston Street Apartment 1, Cranston, RI, for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and later turned over to the Women's Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
