At 12:06 am, Troopers arrested Jose L. Nieves, age 38, of 790 Atwells Avenue Providence, RI for Failure to Appear/ Ability to Pay on a 3rd Division District Court Bench Warrant for the charge of DUI- First Offense originating out of the Warwick Police Department. Nieves was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Intake Center.
At 3:36 am, Troopers arrested Mark Olivo, age 51, of 349 Sunset Avenue Providence, RI for Failure to Appear/ Ability to Pay on a 6th Division District Court Bench Warrant for the charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Providence Police Department. Olivo was transported to Headquarters where he was processed and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Intake Center.
