At 1:35 PM, Troopers arrested Jeffrey Olgert, age 50, of 1 Kate Randall Road, Foster, RI, wanted under the 24 Hour Domestic Rule for a Domestic Assault being investigated by the Scituate Police Department which occurred Tuesday October 23, 2012, at approximately 8:30 PM. Olgert was transported to Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the Scituate Police Department.
At 2:05 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Nadeau, age 58, of 32 First Road, Chepachet, RI, for a Family Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Non-Support Reciprocal Body Attachment. Arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
2:40 PM, Troopers arrested Jerry McDade, age 52, of 221 Burnside Street, Cranston, RI, for a Sixth District Division Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay on the Original Charge of Obstructing a Police Officer originating from the Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dean Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
At 12:15 AM Troopers arrested Christina Navarro, age 28, 121 Alverson Street Providence for a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for failure to appear for non child support. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. Navarro was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions Woman's Intake Center.
