Todd Barber, DOB: 2/4/90 73 Carrs Pond Road West Greenwich, RI K1-2012-0572B
The Kent County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Gino Disano and Todd Barber each with one count of first degree robbery, one count of conspiracy and one count of resisting arrest. Barber is also charged with one count of reckless driving and one count of simple assault.
It is alleged that on or about August 29, 2012, Disano and Barber conspired to and did rob an individual, with that robbery being in the first degree. It is further alleged that the co-defendants resisted arrest. Additionally, it is alleged that Barber operated a motor vehicle recklessly and also assaulted a police officer.
The alleged events took place in Warwick and the Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Disano and Barber are scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on October 19, 2012. Disano is being held without bail on the charges, and Barber is being held without bail as a probation violator.
