At 10:52 AM, Troopers arrested, Joseph Franklin, age 22, of 57 Zone Street, Providence RI for a 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for an Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving Without / Expired License originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks and 2) Operating on a Suspended License. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.

Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and turned over to Third District Court.
