The Kent County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Stephen Kelly with three counts of first degree robbery.
It is alleged that on multiple dates Kelly robbed, at knifepoint, three convenience stores in Warwick: Dan's Convenience Store at 2699 Post Road (5/13/12), Valero Gas Station at 885 Post Road (5/15/12) and West Shore Market at 425 West Shore Road (5/17/12).
The Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Kelly is being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on August 3, 2012.
