The Kent County Grand Jury today reported out indictments charging Adrian Rojas, Johan Vargas, and Jason Sanchez each with one count of first degree robbery, use of a firearm while in the commission of a crime of violence, breaking and entering, assault with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy.
It is alleged on or about March 17, 2011, Rojas, Vargas and Sanchez robbed an individual while armed with a firearm. It is also alleged that the three individuals broke into a residence and committed assault.
The alleged events took place in West Warwick and the West Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Rojas, Vargas, and Sanchez were released on home confinement. All three are scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on August 12, 2011.
