The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging Jason Nickerson with four counts of first degree sexual assault domestic, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of assault with the intent to commit sexual assault, and one count of attempting to procure perjury. It is alleged that on or about the dates between April 10, 2009 and April 11, 2009, Nickerson physically and sexually assaulted another. It is also alleged that on or about the dates between June 8, 2009 and July 21, 2009, Nickerson attempted to procure perjury of an individual.
The alleged events took place in Woonsocket and Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Nickerson is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 13, 2011.

It is alleged that or about March 26, 2011 conspired with an unnamed juvenile to commit robbery and that Rodriguez did rob an individual. The alleged events took place in Providence and Providence Police conducted the investigation. Rodriguez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 13, 2011.

The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging Nuno Rego with one count of burglary, one count of eluding police, one count of driving without a license, one count of possession of marijuana, and one count of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. It is alleged that on or about December 16, 2010, Rego burglarized a residence in East Providence. It is also alleged that as he attempted to elude police officers in a motor vehicle, Rego struck another vehicle, and caused damage. It is also alleged that Rego was driving a motor vehicle without a license and was in possession of marijuana.
The alleged events took place in East Providence and East Providence Police conducted the investigation. Rego is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 13, 2011.
Prosper Yakula, DOB: 7/3/79

The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging Prosper Yakula with three counts of first degree child molestation and one count of second degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about the dates between September 1, 2010 and March 12, 2011, Yakula molested a child under the age of fourteen on multiple occasions.
The alleged events took place in Providence and Providence Police conducted the investigation. Yakula is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 13, 2011.

The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging Matthew Demeo with one count of first degree robbery. It is alleged that on or about January 20, 2011, Demeo robbed an individual, with said robbery being in the first degree.
The alleged robbery took place in North Providence and North Providence Police conducted the investigation. Demeo is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 13, 2011.

The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging Chandana Hay with two counts of first degree robbery, one count of second degree robbery, conspiracy, use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and carrying a pistol without a license.
It is alleged that on or about August 19, 2010, Hay conspired with previously indicted George Charland (P1/11-0647AG), Jose Aponte (P1/11-0647BG) and an unnamed co-conspirator to commit robbery. It is further alleged that Hay robbed multiple individuals, and used an unlicensed firearm while committing first degree robbery.
The alleged events took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Hay is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on June 30, 2011.
