The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday charging Dujuan Powell with one count of second degree murder, discharging a firearm during a crime of violence, carrying a pistol without a license and violation of a no contact order. It is alleged that on or about December 26, 2010, Powell shot and killed Pedro DeJesus. The alleged incidents took place in Providence. Providence Police conducted the investigation. Powell will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 13, 2011 before Superior Court Justice Robert D. Krause.
Peter DeLoge, DOB: 8/10/67 22 Harris Avenue Pawtucket, RI P1/11-1016A
The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday charging Peter DeLoge of three counts of first degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on multiple occasions between April 1, 2010 and June 10, 2010, did engage in sexual penetration with an individual who was physically helpless at the time of the assaults. The alleged incidents took place in Providence and Pawtucket. Providence and Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. DeLoge will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 13, 2011.
Antonio Huyke, DOB: 8/13/39 206 Washington Street Central Falls, RI P1/11-1017A
The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday charging Antonio Huyke with two counts of first degree child molestation and one count of second degree child molestation. It is alleged that multiple occasions on or about the dates between September 1, 2010 and January 12, 2011, Huyke engaged in sexual penetration and sexual contact with a person fourteen years or under. The alleged incidents took place in Central Falls. The Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Huyke will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 27, 2011.

The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday charging Dominic Andrade with one count of first degree robbery. It is alleged that on or about December 13, 2010, Andrade robbed an indivudal in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Andrade will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 27, 2011
Alexander Samson, DOB: 5/20/83 97 Cole Street, 2nd Pawtucket, RI Pa/11-1019A
The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment yesterday charging Alexander Samson with two counts of second degree child molestation, four counts of second degree sexual assault, and three counts first degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on two occasions between July 1, 2003 and January 23, 2004, Samson did engage in sexual contact with a person fourteen years or younger. It is also alleged that on multiple occasions between July 1, 2003 and January 23, 2004, Samson engaged in sexual contact and forced sexual penetration of an individual. The alleged incidents took place in Pawtucket. The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Samson will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 27, 2011.

The Providence County Grand Jury handed up an indictment charging Scott Coutu, Anthony Bucci, and Maggie Washburn each with one count of conspiracy and first degree robbery. It is alleged that on or about the dates between December 13, 2010 and December 14, 2010, Coutu, Bucci and Washburn conspired to rob an individual, and did rob an individual. The alleged robbery took place in North Providence. The North Providence Police conducted the investigation. Coutu, Bucci and Washburn will be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 27, 2011.
