The Governor’s Office of Economic Recovery & Reinvestment (OERR) received a waiver from the federal Office of Management and Budget releasing all recipients including state, municipal and non-profit agencies, from the required 1512 reports on the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act for the reporting period ending March 31, 2010. Under the waiver, the next reporting deadline is June 30, 2010, which will include both quarters of data. The waiver will allow agencies, both state and local, to concentrate on disaster emergency. State, municipal, and non-profit agencies should contact their OERR liaison for questions.
