The Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) is reminding motorists that this morning it closed a temporary on-ramp from Blackstone Street to I-95 South. The Department built this ramp, off Allens Avenue, to provide additional access to I-95 in 2008 when it closed the Broad Street on-ramp.
