Rhode Island DEM Hazardous Waste Transporter Generator Fee Report and Payment Portal

This service will allow you to track your manifests and quarterly reports as well as pay your fees online.

To begin, you will need:

  • RI DEM waste transporter permit number
  • Company EPA number
  • Company zip code
  • Possibly a credit card for payment
The fees are 2.3 cents per pound or 19 cents per gallon of waste generated, according to Section 1.7.5 of the Hazardous Waste Regulations
