Plans for Commuter, Apartment, Faculty and Staff
This form can only be used to sign up and pay for a flex meal plan only. If you are a resident without a kitchen in your apartment, you must use the Campus Meal Plan Request Form instead.
Selection of a plan through this web site constitutes a binding agreement of all the terms and conditions of the Fall 2024 / Spring 2025 Dining Contract. Please enter all information as requested. If you enter a valid e-mail address you will receive confirmation by e-mail that your request has been processed. If you do not include an e-mail address, please be sure to print a copy of the receipt at the end of this application as confirmation. You will need the e-mail or the printed receipt as your proof that you signed up for the meal plan. Our meal plan cancellation policy may be found at https://web.uri.edu/dining/cancelationpolicy/. Flex Plans may be paid immediately by credit card, or they may be added to your tuition bill if and only if the selection of the meal plan is requested by the second Friday of the semester.
- Flex-50: $425.00 - 175 Dining Dollars a semester with $50.00 in a Ram Account, includes 20 Flex swipes. Dining Dollars may be used for access to dining halls as well as retail locations
- Flex-100: $800.00 - 375 Dining Dollars a semester with $100.00 in a Ram Account, includes 35 flex swipes. Dining Dollars may be used for access to dining halls as well as retail locations
- Flex-150: $1,150.00 - 550 Dining Dollars a semester with $150.00 in a Ram Account, includes 50 flex swipes. Dining Dollars may be used for access to dining halls as well as retail locations

In addition to the state fees, the total charge will include a fee of $3 if you do not elect to add these plan fees to your tuition bill.
Note: Online payments can be made with VISA and Mastercard only.
A plan paid via credit card will be activated within 48 hours.

There is no charge for selecting a plan to be added to your tuition bill, however it will not be activated until the beginning of the academic semester.
