Welcome to the Rhode Island Pollution Discharge Elimination System (RIPDES) Permit Annual Fee payment service. This online service enables you to pay your annual fee for the following RIPDES permit types:

1. Individual Permits
2. Non-Contact Cooling Water (NCCW) General Permits
3. Remediation General Permits (RGP)
4. Multi-Sector General Permits for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity (MSGPs)
5. Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4) General Permits
6. Stormwater Construction General Permits (CGP)

Annual fees are assessed on a calendar year basis and are due July 15th of each subsequent year for all permits active as of December 31st.

You will need the following to complete this application:

1. A valid 9-character RIPDES Permit ID for each facility found on your invoice(s) or permit authorization letter beginning with RI.
2. For Credit Card Payments: A VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card.
3. For eCheck (ACH Debit): Your checking account and bank routing number.
