Rhode Island DEM Hazardous Waste Transporter Permit Renewal and Decals

This service will allow you to renew your company permit each year and purchase new vehicle decals throughout the year.

To begin, you will need:

• RI DEM waste transporter permit number
• Company EPA number
• Company zip code
• A credit card for payment

For company permit renewals:

Your online renewal transaction is an application for renewal of your permit and is subject to approval by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management. Upon completion of your renewal transaction, your receipt may list some tasks and additional information requests that you must complete before the DEM will provide you with your vehicle decals.
