On Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 11:22 PM, Troopers arrested Zion Mullings, age 25, of 17 Reservoir Avenue Apt 3, Bristol, Rhode Island, on a Providence/Bristol County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the charge of Larceny from the Person, originating out of the Bristol Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chester Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported back to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
On Monday, March 31, 2025 at 2:57 AM, Troopers arrested Osvaldo Vasquez, age 52, of 116 Daniel Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of No Contact Order – 3rd or Subsequent Offense, and 2.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chalkstone Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a bail violator in Sixth Division District Court.
