At 1:21 am Troopers arrested Paul Vanner, age 63, of 18 Cushman Avenue East Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense – B.A.C Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor stop vehicle on Route 138 in the Town of North Kingstown. Mr. Vanner was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future Third Division District Court date.
