On Saturday, March 30, 2025 at 10:30 PM, Troopers arrested Frank A. Campagnone, age 39, of 36 King Road, Foster, Rhode Island, for 1.) Duty to Stop in Accidents Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a hit and run motor vehicle accident investigation, and Warwick Police locating the suspect vehicle. The subject was taken into custody by members of the Warwick Police Department for the charge of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor with a Child Passenger under the Age of Twelve. The subject was held overnight at the Warwick Police Department pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail violator on the Warwick Police, as well as, the State Police charges.
