At 12:05 AM, Troopers arrested Lauren Tipple, age 27, of 114 Ohio Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – Second Offense B.A.C. Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue, in the City of Cranston. Ms. Tipple was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
