On February 17, 2025, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Michael D. Pardi, age 44, of 11 Carr Road, Saugus, Massachusetts, for Violation of Casino Gaming Laws - Claim, Collect, Take an Amount Greater than Won. Mr. Pardi was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
On February 18, 2025, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Jeffrey A. Grenier, age 69, of 576 Providence Street, Unit 2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Grenier was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, and transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment. The Honorable Associate Judge Capraro set bail at $15,000 with surety with special bail conditions of restricted Internet access and no unsupervised contact with minors.
On February 19, 2025, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Michael Scullin, age 59, of 670 North Main Street Apt. #?6G, Providence, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Scullin was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, and transported to Sixth District Court for arraignment. The Honorable Associate Judge Capraro set bail at $10,000 personal recognizance with special bail conditions of restricted Internet access and no unsupervised contact with minors.
On February 19, 2025, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Enrique Garcia, age 53, of 146 Burnett Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 2) Possession of a Firearm While Committing a Controlled Substance Violation; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver 1 oz - 1 kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; 4) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; and 5) Delivery of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance - Xanax. Mr. Garcia was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and then turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his morning arraignment in Sixth Division District Court.
On February 19, 2025, members of the Intelligence, Major Crimes, Special Victims, Auto Theft and Insurance Fraud Units and the Uniform Bureau arrested Julian Conteras, age 32, of 105 Windmill Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Manufacturing, Delivery, Possession with Intent to Deliver more than 1 kilogram (Fentanyl); 2) Manufacturing, Delivery, Possession with Intent to Deliver 1 oz to 1 Kilogram (Cocaine); 3) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance; 4) Controlled Substance Conspiracy; 5) Resisting Arrest; and 6) Conspiracy to Commit an Offense Outside of the State. Mr. Contreras was transported to Rhode Island Hospital, where he was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and held without bail.
On February 19, 2025, members of the Intelligence, Major Crimes, Special Victims, Auto Theft and Insurance Fraud Units and the Uniform Bureau arrested Luis Santiago Camacho, age 29, of 380 Woonasquatucket Avenue Apt 2, North Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Manufacturing, Delivery, Possession with Intent to Deliver more than 1 kilogram (Fentanyl); 2) Manufacturing, Delivery, Possession with Intent to Deliver 1 oz to 1 Kilogram (Cocaine); 3) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance; 4) Controlled Substance Conspiracy; and 5) Resisting Arrest. Mr. Camacho was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and held without bail.
