At 11:27 PM, Troopers arrested Lisa Tracy, age 29, of 50 Carnation Street, Apartment #1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 2:35 AM, Troopers arrested Tiffany Quinones, age 34, of 18 Osborn Street, Apartment #3, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.185%; Phase II: 0.180%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 2:57 AM, Troopers arrested Francisco Gomes, age 44, of 588 Smithfield Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Crack Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Montgomery Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
